Hello Frank, thank you for your feedback. If you had made us aware of the issues - we could have moved you to a different condo. We have contacted the Owner's Department with your comments so they can better assess and get together with said Owner to make the appropriate changes that need to be made. As for the Wyndham Resort, they are not affiliated with Jiminy Peak in any manner. They are their own entity. If you have any issues with them - it needs to be taken up with their Reservation Department. We do hope to come back and give us another chance to rectify this stay.

Hello - Thank you for staying with us. The Mountain Adventure Park was open for Columbus weekend. Unfortunately, there are times due to weather and heavy rain that we are forced to close for safety reasons. We hope to see you again in the future.

We are a smoke free hotel and it is equally frustrating to us when a guest does not follow the rules. We did communicate with the guest in question that we had received a complaint and told them to stop immediately. Hello Audrey, I do apologize for the way your stay went. If given the chance I would have liked to rectify the situation and would have moved you to a cleaner room and is up to our standards, but you had already booked other accommodations. I did not charge you for the 2nd night even though we were within the cancellation policy by that point. I do hope you are able to give us another chance in the future.
