"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. "Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our room. A very comfortable, clean room with a balcony. If heating is needed, a heater can be hired per day. Hot water can be a bit slow to begin but does heat up. The staff here were amazing and my thanks to all. Excellent room service and kitchen/restaurant staff who kept us very well fed. "We had a great stay in this hotel in Manali. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was very comfortable and the meals were very good. Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area "
