"The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning."

"2回目の利用でした。 毎回、帰省の際に1週間ほど利用しています。 スタッフはどなたも感じが良く、朝食もボリュームがあります。 エアコンの音、シンクの不具合、シャワーの排水など基本的なメンテナンスをもう少ししっかりしてもらえると助かります。"

"Clean room"

"Hotel and staff were excellent.I had a bad experience at another hotel in Peterborough that didn’t accommodate my disabled friend well. I booked this at very short notice and they could not be more accommodating. Hotel was spotless, food excellent. The onsite restaurant was absolutely delicious- it’s a grill/steak restaurant- very high quality. Will definitely return."

The dining experience was candlelit which set the scene! The breakfast provided was very nice with a selection of cereal and yogurts and fruit juice and bread for toasting with butter and jams together with tea coffee or hot...
