"Beautiful,clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast served in the room which was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definately recommend."

"A very grand hotel set in acres of woodland. The hotel is showing its age a little bit now. But overall we had a great couple of nights stay. Food was fantastic, especially the breakfast"

"Nice hotel. Great seating outside on the lake and in conservatory- would be better if more seating in conservatory. Pub/bar area itself is very dark and dingy. Seats outside the bar area were nice but not enough - some of the drinks were dear -£16 for a large wine! Food in brasserie was nice and staff nice too. Parking free at the hotel and very close to the lake boats snd train. Lovely place near the lake and would stay there again if in area."
