Un hôtel plein de charme

une escapade amoureuse au soleil d'automne. L'hôtel est gentiment désuet mais a beaucoup de charme. La cuisine est très saine et inventive, bien meilleure que ce que j'espérais. Accueil charmant .

C pas un vrai hôtel. On est logé dans des bungalows.Dans les chambres, il y a de l'humidité, des lézards, araignées, fourmis, moustiques,crapauds. Pas de télé, de sèche-cheveux dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est exécrable. Trop cher, pour la qualité de service.Seuls avantages, proximité de la plage, animation dans l'hôtel.Bref, à ne pas recommander aux touristes aguerris.

rien de bon dans cette hotel .a notre arrivés en famille les agents de securité mon laisser 3 quartr d'heure devant le portail de l'hotel pour verifier si on a reservé malgré des documents de confirmations de ma reservation ils ont telephoner a la reception et la la reception ne aps repondue apres 45 mn j'etait epuiser j'ai demander qu'ils rappel ils l'ont fait toujour la reception ne confirme pas.de force j'ai forcé la rentré et vers la cercption la il ont confirmé ma reservation j'ai reservé unze chambre avec lit diuble et 2 lits simple ils m'ont donner 2 lits simple et 2 lits superposé. chambre sale une seviette pendant 4 jour pour 4 .apres des engelades que j'ai obtenue 2 autre .lits tres tres sale drats malger d'etre lavé mais toujour sales .personnel gentille mais depasser a un point ou ils font que des promesse de reglé les problemes .hotel a eviter

bousten long beach hotel hammamet

We booked hotel for 3 families with children based on website but were shocked on arrival as we found out the hotel to be extremely dirty. The food was rubbish we had the same food everyday. Desert was watermelon and cake every single day as if there is no other fruit in tunisia. The pool was dirty and over crowded and the rooms were not cleaned daily. We have to say that we had an air con in the room but had no remote to control the temperature so the whole family was ill at a point due to this. Going back to tunisia? Yes certainly to this hotel never again even for free.
