Des trou dans les murs qui mene dehors.salle de bain toute petite douche coller au toilettes et egout boucher leau deborde dans la chambre.. tv non fonctionnelle. portail a lentree fermer donc quand on sort le soir on es a la porte. Agression dans le hall de la residence car la sécurité au lieu de surveiller,dormait..

Je vous déconseille fortement de séjourner dans cet hôtel pour plusieurs raisons. En arrivant sur place il n'y a pas de réception...c'est juste un serveur d'un café chicha sur place qui téléphone à une autre personne pour qu'il puisse trouver votre réservation. Au début ils ont pas trouvé ma réservation parceque j'ai réservé avec ebooker mais eux ils voyaient expédia. Puis ils m'ont demandé de payer et en réalité j'avais déjà payé en ligne. En arrivant dans l'appartement on sent des odeurs de toilettes et de moisissure parceque à mon avis les appartements sont restés fermés durant le confinement et en hiver tout simplement. En voulant prendre une douche à ma grande surprise tout est bouché et 10 secondes c'est devenue une piscine...ensuite j'ai remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas de linges et de gel douche. Et quand je lui avait demandé pourquoi il n'avait pas de linge il m'a répondu tout froidement que c'était pour freiner la pandémie... Pour finir il m'a donné l'appartement à côté qui avait plus ou moins les mêmes problèmes... En allant au lit je découvre des poils sur les oreillers et des longs cheveux sur le drap house j'étais très dégoûtés. Puis j'ai vérifié les autres lits c'était la même chose partout dégueulasse. En gros ils n'ont jamais changé les drap house et les duvets. Durant la nuit c'est très bruyant parcequ' il y a un autre hôtel à proximité qui doit mettre la musique trop fort en plus on entend le bruit des voitures passer.
