Absolutely brilliant place, we'll be back!

We had a brilliant stay, meant to come for a relaxing break but ended up doing so many activities! Staff were super friendly and the food selection was brilliant. The variety of pools is great and the selection of activities is huge! Not somewhere to go if you want a quiet, relaxing time perhaps but would recommend it to couples, friends, singles, and families alike for a great beach, activities, pools, and fab food!

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice.

Hotel super, Tunesien nicht unser Ding

Zuerst einmal darf man nicht ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel erwarten. Dafür müsste es besser in Schuss sein und mehr Details bieten. 4 Sterne würde ich aber geben. Es ist sauber, Essen ist lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Der Strand war an manchen Tagen (Anfang Oktober) super schön und klar. Am nächsten Tag war alles voller Seegras, dann wieder schön… aber sehr angenehme Temperaturen. Einmal sind wir bis zum Hafen hochgelaufen und müssen sagen, dass dieses Hotel am besten aussah! Wer Badeferien in einer Hotelanlage machen möchte ist hier gut bedient, es gibt auch einige kostenlose Aktivitäten wie Bananenboot fahren etc. Aber wenn man die Anlage verlässt wird man andauernd von Verkäufern angesprochen welche sehr aufdringlich sind und einfach Touristen abzocken wollen. Deshalb würden wir nicht mehr nach Tunesien fahren.

Non francophone s’abstenir, les animations ne sont pas top, la piscine principale est tout le temps blindé les allemands se lèvent à 6h du mat mettent leurs serviettes x est insupportable ! Bon séjour

Séjour agréable. Points à améliorer: 1- Bruits en fin de soirée. Éviter la musique forte au délais de 23h. Empêcher le foot sur plage le soir voir le bruit généré. 2- état des allées avec un pavé sans joints un peu dangereux (arrêtés saillantes et absence de joints) 3- Acceuil premier jour. Servir une boisson aux arrivants. Ce n’était pas notre cas. 4- aligner les indications du site avec l’hôtel en terme de taxe de séjour m. D’après le site c’est pour les adultes mais pour l’hôtel c’est pour tous ceux qui ont plus de 12 ans.
