Fab stay @ Hotel Nesrine

Hotel reception staff were helpful and the property in general was kept to a good standard. The only issue I had was that the air condition in the room was leaking and when I came into the room after being out it was all over the floor and I nearly fell on my back! I asked the reception if they could get someone to check which I believe on the second time of me complaining someone did come up, but unfortunately it just leaked everywhere again so I was using the towels from the bathroom to soak up the water.

The stay was a good experience overall just a couple of little bits that i would of liked to know before going, it is well worth upgrading to full board with drinks included as the extra costs isn't much but soon adds up if there's more than 1 of you and there are not many English people who stay otherwise i couldn't falt the staff or place itself

It's a shame

The checking in and the checking out process was terrible, had to ask to move room as the first one condition was terrible smell of dump ,ants every where, smell off sewage all round the hotel.the food quality at breakfast and dinner is the worst i have ever seen, tasteless an 8 years old can cook better than that. On the weekends they're prioritising locals people who uses the pool and beach and no one cares about the hotel's guests. I work in the tourism industry for 20years now and it's very sad to see this happening in this lovely place it's obvious that there is no care form the owner/management at all and the property in desperately needs off renovation

Zimmer sin sauber. Essen ist gut, aber eigentlich immer das gleiche und das in verschiedenen Variationen. Nudeln, Reis Kartoffeln und Fisch. Dann gibt es Kartoffeln, Fisch, Reis und Nudeln... Ach ja, Karotten gibt es auch in allen mƶglichen Versionen.

Var ett billigt hotell & vi kƶpte till all inclucive till en billig peng, men hade nog lite hƶgre fƶrvƤntningar. Men knappt nĆ„gon frukost att vƤlja pĆ„. Lunch & middag var ok nĆ„gon dag, vi valde att Ƥta middag ute pĆ„ nĆ„got restaurang. Inga snacks mellan mĆ„ltiderna, ville du ha en drink fick du dricka vodka, gin el whisky. Rƶtt, vitt vin el ƶl. Vanlig lƤsk var cola eller Sprite. SƤngen va nog det sƤmsta jag nĆ„gonsin haft. Men trevligt poolomrĆ„de, provade massage pĆ„ hotellets spa den var kanonšŸ‘ Ƅven dom flesta i personalen var trevliga.

Lors de notre sĆ©jour de 4 nuitĆ©es en compagnie de ma maman, personne Ć¢gĆ©e Ć  mobilitĆ© rĆ©duite, on a Ć©tĆ© agrĆ©ablement surpris : elle a bĆ©nĆ©ficiĆ© de repas personnalisĆ© sans sel (elle est hypertendue), le chef cuisine en personne qui vient Ć  notre table chaque dĆ®ner pour s'assurer que tout allait bien, on se croirait dans un 5*+ ! QualitĆ© des mets irrĆ©prochable et trĆØs variĆ©s au buffet self service (bcp de salades, fruits, diffĆ©rentes viandes, des plats locaux et internationaux, coin grillade, desserts...) tout est fait maison et de qualitĆ©, excellent petit dĆ©jeuner. Un accompagnement lors la baignade chaque matin Ć  la plage pour maman: un Monsieur trĆØs pro, gentil l'assiste et l'aide pour qu'elle profite pleinement de la belle plage de Hammamet, donc mention spĆ©ciale pour ce Monsieur que je remercie du fond du cœur (le responsable cĆ“tĆ© plage)! Le mĆ©nage se fait quotidiennement, chambre propre. Check in, check Out fluide et personnel de rĆ©ception trĆØs acceuillant avec le sourire. Pour rĆ©sumer, l'approche assez personnelle et au mĆŖme temps discrĆØte du personnel de Nesrine hĆ“tel fait qu'on a passĆ© un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour et croyez moi c'est assez rare dans un 4* (j'ai eu la chance de visiter plusieurs hĆ“tels Ć  travers le monde, j'ai de quoi comparer). Rapport qualitĆ© prix imbattable. Allez y les yeux fermĆ©s vous n'allez pas le regretter.

Lot of potential, nice layout of rooms and hotel in general. Unfortunately the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Ripped bedding sheets, mould in shower, and worn fabrics everywhere.
