Très déçu de mon séjour, mise à part la piscine le reste niveau hygiène c'est phénoménal

Ingenting på hotellet virkede. Elevatoren have ikke virket i mindst 1 måned, så en handicappet mand skulle bæres op på 1. Sal af hotel personalet. Der var problemer med vandet, der der var 2 1\2 døgn hvor vi ikke kunne komme i bad. Fjernsynet virkede ikke. Problemer med toilettet. Vi gik maveonde. Formentlig af maden(halvpension)

Over hovedet intet virkede

Hotellet ventende blot på at banken erklærede hotellet konkurs. Ingenting virkede. Elevatoren have ikke virket i mindst 1 måned. En mandlig gæst i kørestol skulle bæres op af hotel personalet. De var der i 4 uger. Problemer med vandet, så vi ikke kunne få et bad i 2 1/2 døgn. Fjernsynet virkede ikke. De forsøgte at reparere det, men kom aldrig til at virke ordentligt. Sådan kunne jeg blive ved. Jeg bed godt at jeg var gået efter et billigt hotel, men..... Der kom flere selskaber som forlod hotellet efter at have set det. Personalet var dog søde, men kunne ikke trylle. De meget få gæster skyldes 3 ting. Standard, Ramadanen hvor gæster fra eksempelvis Algeriet ikke tager på ferie samt at jeg var der i ugen efter terror angrebet i Sousse.

I would only recommend it if you are looking for cheap hotel , facilities aren't great , breakfast is terrible, location is a bit far from centre, but quite cheap so only go there if you can't afford somewhere else.

chambre sale ayant servie avant notre arrivée (au vu des draps) ; grafitis sur la porte ; fuite salle de bains ; télé = 4 chaines arabes ; musique très forte jusqu'à minuit ; plus de clim après le 15/09 ; pas de thé au PDJ ; pas d'eau au restau ; cafards dans les rideaux ; dinde à tous les repas ; c'est honteux de proposer cet hôtel à ce prix. (hôtel repris par l'état Tunisien dixit le personnel)

situation déplorable, catastrophique.

Suite à la situation désastreuse de l'hôtel, tant sur les conditions et niveau catastrophique des équipements, que sur la qualité de service et la propreté de la chambre, nous avons quitté l'hôtel le jour même. Image en main pour toute personne désirant voire la situation déplorable de l'hôtel.

Disappointing stay

I found staff unfriendly, not much choice of food, in fact very minimal. The only thing good was their pool. I actually booked out early and found another hotel to stay in. The Bel Air was my choice as it looked good in the adverts, but as always, we live and learn!

Pas satisfait du tout

C'est un hôtel dans lequel je ne retournerai jamais. Le service est nul, il n'y a aucune politesse. On sent que les gens sont là juste pour marquer leurs heures de travail, sans plus. Pas de climatisation alors que c'est indiqué sur le site. La chaleur était intense et on avait l'impression qu'on était dans un four. Bref, je garde un mauvais souvenir de cet hôtel et nous en sommes bien déçu.

Hôtel calme, mais pas trop d'avantage

pour mon séjour avec ma famille, j'ai trouvé que c'est petit hôtel dont les personnels essayent de faire des efforts mais le pire des choses c'est la bouffe donc je conseille cet hôtel mais pas en pension complète ou demi-pension...sinon il est aussi un peut loin de la mer..

Hôtel très sale avec un service désagréable.J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j'ai vécu un cauchemar à cause de mon choix pour cet hôtel. Les chambres proposées sont sales et mal équipée (Serviettes, shampooing etc). Je suis arrivé à 18h et on me propose une chambre qui n'est pas encore faire, or le check-in est prévu pour 14h!!!! J'ai du changer 3 fois de chambre pour tomber sur une chambre exposé à un bruit énorme toutes les nuits.... J'ai eu un très mauvaise expérience avec cet Hotel et j'ai regretté ce choix!

Pessimo, non andateci!

L'hotel non è stato assolutamente ristrutturato: le camere sono vecchie, i bagni hanno sanitari che dovrebbero essere cambiati assolutamente e il pavimento è tutto scheggiato. Le aree comuni sono sporche, piene di rifiuti, mozziconi di sigarette, bicchieri, bottiglie di plastica abbandonate. La piscina interna ha tutto il bordo scheggiato e i lettini di entrambe le piscine (interna ed esterna) sono completamente sfasciati! Il cibo è letteralmente immangiabile: pochissima scelta e ogni sera ripetuti gli stessi disgustosi piatti! Pasta scotta, verdure crude dentro, carne dura e di pessima qualità. La colazione era accettabile, eccetto il latte acido, palesemente scaduto, che veniva servito. La spiaggia ha un mare fantastico, peccato che sia sporca: piena di rifiuti e di escrementi di cavallo e cammelli. Animazione inesistente di giorno e, durante la sera, organizza spettacoli noiosissimi e impossibili da seguire fino al termine. Le tre stelle le ha davvero rubate al presepe questo hotel, secondo me è da una vita che non ricevono un controllo! Sconsigliato a tutti!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Servizio e trattamento adeguati al prezzo modesto. Personale gentile e disponibile, aria condizionata efficiente, vitto abbondante anche se menu' ristretto e qualita' vivande non eccelsa. Struttura e arredi bisognosi di ristrutturazione. In definitiva, scelta valida, anche per famiglie, se non si e' eccessivamente pretenziosi.

the pool was great to utalize the nice weather. food was fine although repetative. room was minumal but decent. nothing of interest surrounding the hotel.staff was helpful in assisting with our lost luggage

J'aurai du ajouter 5€ en plus et réserver dans un un autre hôtel, les serveurs était nulle ansi le service.. Bref, tous etait modeste :((
