The hotel is about 17 minutes away from Hamburg central station. It is a good location and a safe one. It is walkable. Bus # 12 runs right in front of the hotel. There is a train within 4 minutes walk, but I can’t remember its number. It has some food places within walking distance. It was, however, difficult to find anything open before 6 pm. Sunday many places are closed. We walked to central station daily because of our plans to see sites required using public transportation. Therefore, we bought food near central station. Plenty of Resturants and stores to buy fruits, etc. The hotel staff are nice and responsive, we want to specifically thank Micaela for taking care of our many questions and responding to our needs for a quiet room, etc. She was very helpful, polite and welcoming. The room is spacious with siting area( desk and lounge chair). One small open space that they considered closet, but it is really not enough. We made it work. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee & tea maker. They provide water, coffee, tea, cream & sugar. No safe which we paid extra for premier plus room so that we can have all the above plus a safe. The one thing I am hoping for is that they will pull the rug out of the rooms and replace with wood floors. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

In der Dusche war Schimmel, ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber.Die Ablagemöglichkeit für Bekleidung sehr eingeschränkt, das Mobiliar im guten Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend.

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind in Premier Inn Hotels in Deutschland immer sauber. Einige Premier Inn haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Wasserflaschen aber dieses hatte keinen. Nichtsdestotrotz win gutes Hotel zum übernachten.

家族旅行で3泊4日滞在しました。周囲には地下鉄、バス停があり、中央駅にもすぐです。さらに、スーパーもあるので便利でした。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。冷蔵庫があればよかったかなと思いました。

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht okay. Das Personal wirkte auf mich leider sehr unmotiviert und wenig freundlich. Der kleine Supermarkt im Hotel ist preislich eine absolute Frechheit. Knapp 4 Euro für eine 0,5 l Flasche Wasser. Bei Aral ums Eck ist es günstiger.

Wunschgemäß ein sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer. Trotz der extremen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Bequemes Bett, schöne große Dusche. Die Garderobe ist allerdings ein ziemlicher Witz. Der Dame am Empfang beim Check-in täte ein Lächeln gut. Die Tiefgaragendurchfahrten sind extrem eng. Da dürfte das eine oder andere Fabrikat an seine Grenzen kommen. Die Lobby/Bar ist sehr schön, allerdings hat sich niemand bemüht, die Tische abzuräumen und kurz abzuwischen; das sah leider gruselig aus. So hatte man keine Motivation, den Aperitiv ggf. dort einzunehmen.
