Convenient, comfortable but

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated. Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld. A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, dass einzige was nicht funktioniert hat, war das WLAN. Hier konnte leider weder Verbindung zum Smartphone noch zum Smart TV hergestellt werden.

Trevlig personal!

Så bra service av personalen i receptionen! Perfekt ställe att stanna på över en natt eller liknande. Sängarna var sköna och vi var nöjda med rummet. Hotellet ligger i ett villa område så det kändes som ett tryggt område.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht, hatten aber bloß eine kleine Decke und ein Kissen. Es gab auch niemanden mehr an der Rezeption in dem wir Fragen könnten. Haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Zimmer war auch ein bisschen schmutzig.

Ein gemütliches kleines Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten,ich hatte nur Übernachtung gebucht. Wenn ich wieder in Hamburg übernachte,buche ich das Hotel wieder. Danke nochmals.

Bei Ankunft Nachts war das Zimmer war noch schmutzig vom Vorbewohner (Bettzeug schmutzig, dreckige Handtücher und Müll sowie Straßendreck im Zimmer). Nachts ging niemand ans Telefon und ich musste eine Nacht in einem schmutzigen Zimmer verbringen. Am nächsten Morgen erreichte ich zwar eine Angestellte, welche sich zwar entschuldigte und ein neues Zimmer organisierte, aber als ich Abends den "Manager" antraff gab es keine Entschuldigung oder ein entgegenkommen. Erst am nächsten morgen wurde auf erneutes Ansprechen die Rückzahlung einer Nacht mündlich angeboten. Diese wurde aber nie schriftlich, trotz mehrfachen bitten, bestätigt. Schlussendlich wurde bis nach Abfahrt keine Rückzahlung durch das Hotel getätigt und der Manager war die letzten zwei Tage weder per Mail oder telefonisch erreichbar. Die weiteren Angestellten verhielten sich arrogant und reagierten genervt auf Nachfragen. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt war in den Zimmern zwar befriedigend, jedoch lagen im Gang Müllbeutel oder Bettwäsche auch gerne eine ganze Nacht rum und versperrten manchmal fast den Durchgang zur Treppe (Rettungsweg).

Excellent accueil

Excellent accueil. Le réceptionniste était très sympa, il nous a bien conseillé pour des lieux à visiter. L’hôtel est calme, facile d’accès et bien entretenu. En phase de rafraichissement de la déco. On recommande !
