Spacious and clean room, cot was provided. Very friendly staff! Great play areas for kids. Sadly the restaurant, Das Kulinarium, was closed and their own buffet could be improved on. Overall we had a really nice stay!

I've stayed here several times and like its modernity, comfort, waterside location and easy access to Havencity and the city centre. My visit on this occasion, however, was marred by construction work being undertaken outside my room which from around 7.45am was quite noisy.

Breakfast below average for a 4 star hotel. Visit instead bake and soda next door for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large room. Quiet. Subway very close. Staff speaks very poorly English. And whenever we have written to them prior to arrival (in English) they always reply in German which we consider to be not so friendly.

Small rooms, great location

Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other weekday the hotel would've been quieter, but that would be the only thing I'd complain about. Still a solid choice for a hotel

Die Zimmer sind schön groß aber auch recht hellhörig. Mein Fenster war nicht mehr ganz Dicht deswegen habe ich jeden Zug gehört. Was auch etwas komisch war. Man hat eine Frischluft Anlage auf dem Zimmer, sie sich aber nicht komplett abstellen löst, also hört man dauerhaft ein leichtes brummen und rauschen.....

Zimmer war sauber. Allerdings ziemlich hellhörig. Beim Frühstück mussten wir teilweise warten bis Platz war. Die Tische wurden relativ lange nicht abgeräumt/gereinigt. Schade dass unser Hund nicht mit zum Frühstück durfte und allein im Zimmer bleiben musste. Großes Plus für das Personal in der Lobbybar. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unterhaltsam. Und auch sehr fleißig.
