Tout s'est bien passé sauf qu'il n'y a pas de télévision dans la chambre alors que c'était dit dans mon choix de chambre. La peinture à l'intérieur de la chambre aussi se dégrade.

Das Beste war das Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Isolierung der Zimmer, man konnte nicht gut schlafen weil man alles von seinen Nachbarn mitbekommt. Parkplatz muss man extra bezahlen, das habe ich davor nicht gewusst

1. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit. 2.Wer keine Ansprüche bei hohen Temperaturen hat,ist dort günstig aufgehoben.Es gibt Werder eine Lüftung noch eine Klimaanlage. Kein Kühlschrank, dass man sich eventuell selber etwas besorgen hätte können. Die Innenbetten waren schon sehr gelb und fleckig aber immer noch besser wie im ersten Zimmer, wo noch die fuseln vom Vormieter im Bett waren. 3.Alles im allem, eine Erfahrung die ich nicht wiederholen muss. Ich kann leider das Video nicht laden aber 1 Foto hab ich noch

False Advertising & Terrible Service - Avoid if you need amenities! ​I booked this hotel specifically because the listing clearly stated they have a laundry room. However, upon arrival, the staff informed me that the laundry room is "for staff only" and not for guests. Their only "solution" was to suggest I travel to a third-party laundromat kilometers away—a 15-minute bus ride each way. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous for a paying guest. ​Neither the hotel nor Expedia took responsibility. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or alternative solution, and Expedia CS claimed they couldn't do anything because the external laundromat "works with third parties"—which makes zero sense since it's not even nearby! ​This is a clear case of misleading information and false advertising. Do not trust their amenity list.

Wir waren jetzt 5 Tage dort. Das Gebäude ist gut angebunden an Bus und Bahn. Das Gebäude an sich und die Inneneinrichtung ist aber stark in die Jahre gekommen und auch abgegrabbelt. Also überall Flecken und Stoßer an den Wänden, alte Holzfenster, wirklich winzige Zimmer (man konnte zu zweit nicht nebeneinander stehen), alles wirkte irgendwie total verlassen, die Badezimmer sind schlecht gefliest, die Duschvorhänge unten verfärbt, es wurde in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht oder Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Das gab's dann erst bei Nachfrage. Die Betten sind sehr hart und extrem laut. Alles aber halt so wild, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet. Es war bis auf das abgegrabbelte und eine dicke schwarze Spinne an der Wand Recht sauber und zum Schlafen hat es gereicht. Für das Angebotene wars aber trotzdem zu teuer. Für alleinreisende, die Geld sparen wollen gut.

Für meine Reise nach Hamburg und für meine Bedürfnisse war diese Unterkunft optimal. Sie ist nahe an einer S-Bahn-Station gelegen. Sie ist auch nahe an einer Straße gelegen, deshalb kann es mal etwas lauter sein. Aber das hält sich im Rahmen. Das Zimmer war klein und funktional eingerichtet. Das Bett war angenehm. Alle Einrichtungen funktionierten. Die Dusche war ebenerdig und hatte einen Duschvorhang. Es gibt einen Seifenspender in der Dusche, keine Handseife. Es gibt auch keinen Haartrockner. Jedoch gab es einen brauchbaren Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl. Man bekam ein Dusch- und ein Handtuch, aber keinen Badvorleger, wie üblich. Die Tücher und das Bettzeug wurden während meines gesamten Aufenthalts von fünf Nächten nie gewechselt. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice. Ich habe auch nie einen auf den Gängen gesehen. Die Zimmer werden wohl bloß vor jedem neuen Gast gereinigt. Die Personen an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich. Und das Wichtigste: Der Preis war für Hamburger Verhältnisse niedrig, weshalb ich bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder hier übernachte.

Das Apartment mit 3 Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Besonders der Teppichboden. Flecken ohne Ende. Möbel alt. Matratze und Bettlaken waren sauber. Leider hat die Putzfrau das Duschhandtuch vom vorherigen Gast über der Stange übersehen. Bad sehr klein und viel kaputt. Restaurant war nur zum Frühstück geöffnet und dieses war insgesamt sehr einfach gehalten. Man fühlt sich wie in den 80er Jugendherberge. Schade ist das die Bilder dieses nicht zeigen. Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.
