"I arrived on 17.30 pm. I lost my phone last 2 days before arrive at the hotel. It was so problems. I used my friend phone to called the hotel. I was appreciated by them. They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. Unfortunately it was raining all day. But still so beautiful. I hope i will come back again. "

"The hotel is located near Hallstatt, like 5 mins drive, room was well-equipped with kitchenette, the best part is the view around the hotel, it’s just so beautiful, would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!!"

"There was no welcome drinks as described. When asked the staff, they said this was ‘old information’ that hadn’t been updated on Hotels.com"

"This is our first experience with a contactless accomodation. It was actually very simple and the apartment was clean, cozy and everything we need is offered. Stayed 2 nights and will definitely come again."

"Die Hotelgarage ist so eng, dass größere Autos nicht einparken können. Wir wollten um 23:05 einen Drink an der Hotelbar, die bis 24 geöffnet hat, bestellen und wurden abgewiesen. Sehr schön ist der Pool im Dachgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Glastüre zur Toilette ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig."

"Perfect to visit Salzburg but quite a bit far from the city center that take 20-30mins to the city center."

"Gorgeous location, with the most beautiful of surroundings. Hotel pool was lovely and the whole place is very family friendly. We ate in the hotel once. It’s a set menu with a choice of 3 mains, salad buffet to start and dessert off the buffet too. Children get no choice but it was fine as it was pasta (off the buffet) so all good. There are restaurants within walking distance to try anyway. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms nicely done. No AC and despite being out of the heat wave the bedroom...

"Erittäin viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli, jossa erittäin hyvä palvelu. Maisemat vuoristoon olivat upeat! Spa-alue oli iso ja erittäin laadukasti toteutettu. Ulkoallas ja saunaosasto upeine maisemineen kruunasi kokonaisuuden."

"The hotel has the camp and the hotel full of children that very noisy. The hotel didn’t tell me before that today has a camp. The breakfast is very bad time for me many children talk and run around. However thus hotel is very clean and the room is good."
