"Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. Meget venlige og servicemindede, og forståelse for at vi kom stærkt forsinkede til opholdsstedet, som i øvrigt viste sig at huse byens politistation, meget specielt og lever ikke helt op til forventningerne i forhold til præsentationen på Hotels.com. "Me and my family stayed in this cottage for three nights in hallstatt. "We showed up to the hotel under construction and rooms with no AC. Finding staff was a nightmare, towards the night we found out that whoever was there that night quit and left the entire hotel unattended. She also left the keys to the hotel out in the open for anyone to grab with a note that read "free" after that we felt unsafe and distraught. Would not come back"
