"A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. "It was a very pleasant stay. Very convenient to city center. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The only difficult part was I came in by car service. We spent a half-hour trying to drive up to the hotel. He finally dropped me at the corner and I walked-which was very easy. "

"Fabulous location a short drive or park & ride bus from the city centre. Lovely setting and well maintained. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). "The hotel is set inan amazing area. Walking distance to a shops. The hotel rooms were big and inviting. It was spotless and tidy. The bathroom showed some age but was perfectly functional. And as a cyclist you are very close to an old train track bed that is a shared cycle walking path with a tunnel that runs directly under the hotel. And into the main town centre. "
