"This was suppose to be a pay on property, and free cancel before 10pm. They Charged my card for the full amount and woul not allow me to cancel. They have yet to complete a full conversation or by chat ,virtual, or by phone to refund my money. Any i didn't check in nor even stayed 1 night. The Property Manager was so Rude and Unconsderate .!!!! DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT !!!! WITH THIS SITE AND PLEASE CANCEL ASAP BECAUSE THEY WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT. DON'T DO IT. ITS MONEY THEY QUICKLY TAKEN AND NOT SO WILLING TO QUICKLY RETURN IT. I WILL NEVER QUICKLY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!"

"The location to DAL was nice but the fact that I had to pay $70+ at check in for unexpected “additional taxes and fees” was frustrating and not originally advised when booking through Hotels.com. I would have stayed at one of the other numerous hotels in the area if I knew my prepayment meant nothing. It should clearly state on the booking page that there WILL BE additional taxes and fees paid at the hotel. Also the bathroom was very poorly maintained and did not feel clean. I would not recommend unless it was a quick stay for the airport and you are ok with paying more than what you were quoted and anticipated to pay."

"Front desk staff, 5 stars. Housekeeping, 5 stars. Outside, the grounds are covered in dog poop, even though property provides poop bags. It’s not cleaned up enough and there’s also used condoms and food trash littered about that’s not cleaned up enough. But, it’s what I can afford. "

"The bathroom doesn’t look great and the worse part is the food. Coffee was so cold and eggs and sausage are only available on a weekend. You can’t take food out to the room and cleaning is also on a request."
