Began with being ignored then when attended to, being treated rudely. Had issues with sliding washroom door, took over 20 mins and had to remind the front desk again to send someone from maintenance. Same issue happened later at night again. Lots of dead mosquitoes smushed into the ceiling and walls with blood splatters still on the wall. Dirty and a bit rough shape, one of the pillow cases was coming off pillows so I saw the pillow that was quite dirty. Dirty under beds, super dusty in some places, dust and garbage under the beds when I went to check that my kids had not left anything that fell under there. Called the restaurant to make a reservation and they told me they were slammed and we would not get a reservation but could try the lounge. Showed up at 5:15, about 15 minutes later and was told they had no room when we said we had spoken with someone who said the lounge might be an option she said she could fit us in if we left by 6:45. We said that was fine then she proceeded to tell my kids they could not tell because this was a fancy place, which is entirely not the best way to handle that even if you do want to let the parents know you need the kids to behave (which they were not misbehaving or yelling at that point so it did not seem called for). Overall we did not feel welcome from the beginning straight through to the end. We left at 8:15am with people waiting by the locked front door to get in for breakfast which they had reservations for at 8am. Won’t go back.
