"This is our second stay at Sprowston Manor. Overall, we really enjoyed it. However, we booked dinner in the bar on our first night, rather than the restaurant so we could bring our dog. "The hotel and grounds were amazing. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. Need improvements in the restaurant and bar as staff weren’t as attentive, spending too much time chatting between themselves and not focussed on the service. Easy access for town. Lovely reception staff
"Very helpful at reception. Nice and easy for walking in to town, railway station or stadium. Parking was off site but felt secure. Yes will stay again and probably with in the next month or so but taking more rooms as with larger family."

13 Apr 2019Very understanding - I had walked the Suffolk Coastal path for 2 days to get there. Staff fed and watered me with a smile, didn't mind my muddy boots and sent me on my my way! Wonderful location. Breakfast was huge and kept me going till Lowestoft!
