Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful mountain views, spacious rooms, good food, and courteous staff. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. We were allocated a corner suite, and our request for a room change was declined. One bathroom had a water supply issue, which was resolved promptly by the staff. The intercom wasn't working in both bathrooms and one bedroom, and the Wi-Fi didn't work until the next morning. The staff was responsive whenever we reported problems, but the property could improve its maintenance and be more accommodating with guest requests. With better attention to these details, the overall experience would be much better.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The view from the property is just too good. Swimming pool was very small and food was ok. But would definitely recommend this for anyone to stay for couple of days to visit Nainital. The trekking experience was just too good.
