"The location is quite handy in the central city close to dining options. The hotel itself has no amenities. No pool or gym or spa. There is a restaurant but it's closed on weekends so no breakfast or dinner at the hotel if staying in weekend. There are a few cafes near by but if you're a buffet breakfast fan, unfortunately there isn't one. As to the room, we stayed several times and always had nice spacious rooms, but this time I think we got the worst room in the hotel., while paying for a...

"Clean spacious room, great parking. Helpful staff"

"Really helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed was a bit softer than I’d prefer but otherwise no complaints. Would stay again. Cafe nearby was good for breakfast."

"Very nice and clean"

"Terrible management Dry (what looks like died BLOOD) in sheets (photos attached). Unfortunately my little ones who slept on the bed only told me in the morning when they woke up that there are “patches on the end”. It was also on the sheet under the pillows and manager made the cleaner apologise to me. Such an awkward experience. Receptionist didn’t seem to care much at all. Manager disappeared soon after making the cleaner apologise. Receptionist Ashley then goes on to charge me without so...

"Lovely place to stay-very convenient & close to everything"

"Really impressed with our stay at Quest Tauranga. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were modern, tidy and spotlessly clean. Great in-room amenities, including a lovely selection of teas. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would happily stay again."

"Just a good quiet close to town center and pet fraindly"

"Easy access and secure parking. Friendly staff with a clean and tidy room"

"A wonderful stay. We had a 2 bed apartment, with views along the drive to the bay. Everything was extremely clean, a well equipped kitchen, and very good aircon in the lounge. We also had a garage allocated. Location is excellent, with the bay across the road from the hotel, a two minute stroll to the Pacific, and several cafes just around the corner. About 10 minutes walk to the main shopping/dining area with plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. The only minor disappointment was the...

"Lovely Friendly host"

"Very clean. Nice staff. Needs air con, only had a fan. They also have a no alcohol policy that is not advertised anywhere."

"It was adequate for an overnight stay"
