The staff were awesome! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was their first anniversary. The massage we had at the spa was wonderful. A new hotel with a great breakfast buffet, we stayed 2 weeks and tried all we could, including dim sum. The hotel was located on a Main Street near lots of shops and restaurants. Special mention to Dat at reception that spoke great English and made several recommendations and Trang at the restaurant for her hospitality and great smile when we came down for meals.

Warm hospitality, clean and spacious room with expansive view of the city, topped by the best breakfast of our three month (so far) East Asia trip. We wish to thank the Pullman team for our unforgetable 4 night stay inclusive of the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. You have set the bar so high, that we have yet to find another hotel that even came close 10 days further down into the trip. We will return.

Great hotel at a reasonable price

I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough with 2 spaces, one being meant for younger children. There is a pool bar as well. I strongly recommend this plo
