Comfy bed, AC was great. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was unimpressive.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
The room was ok, clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The place is generally outdated with many signs of aging with little updates. The breakfast was pretty sad with little offering. We ended up going to Sheetz down the street for breakfast. But it was reasonably priced and Ok for a one night stay.

We checked in after dark and there were people in a car smoking weed but they didnt bother us. The only things that the girl at the front desk said to me at check in was "I need your id and credit card...sign here..this is your room number and its that way". The guy at checkout said nothing and I had to ask if we were all clear to go. The room was very clean. That was the best part. I believe the housekeepers name was Kinsley. We were very thankful for her because the rest of the property looked kind of sketchy. Also if you are wanting sleep this is not the place for you. We had to turn the refrigerator off because it was so loud. The semis on the interstate were so loud they seemed like they were coming right through your room.
Parking was ok and shops around the place was easy to get to. The best thing about my visit was the house keeping ladies we're very nice helpful and did a incredible job on keeping the room clean so thank you to house keeping
The staff are really nice and it's a quiet place (at least in winter). The housekeeping staff is really friendly. Breakfast is pretty minimal but it's better than nothing and the coffee is hot. My room was clean. No complaints.
It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lacked some amenities like tissues, only one bar of soap, and breakfast was poor. However, it had everything we needed and we didn't spend much time there so it worked for us. Coffee was good. It was close to the WMRT and C&O which is why we were there.
None of the staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was an absolute joke, coffee was so weak you weren’t positive it was even coffee and no choices for something to eat except a sticky doughnut in cellophane. Our room key needed reset several times and the last night it stopped working and they weren’t able to give us access to our room
The tv did not work (turned on and there was volume but no picture) and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. The room temperature was decent but anytime we walked out to our car we had to pass a smoking area, which was disgusting.
