Fah went above and beyond in every way, and the fact that she shared a birthday with Donovan made the experience even more meaningful. She made sure it was celebrated in such a thoughtful, personal way that we’ll never forget. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. Sai, the manager, was equally amazing. You can tell how much pride he takes in creating an exceptional guest experience. Everything felt seamless, elevated, and truly special because of his leadership. Together, they created moments that went far beyond what you expect from a luxury stay. We left feeling so well taken care of and already can’t wait to come back."

"Good size clean rooms (booked 2 plunge pool rooms). Good location just north of the main town, so quiet at night, but close enough. Resort is on a slope, so pathways are quite steep, but a buggy is available on call if required. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well cooked. Beach bar food was also good and sensibly priced. The best part of the Briza, by a mile was the staff. They are all so friendly, fun and helpful, with nothing too much of a problem. Would definately recommend, and return."

"The Staff was awesome until the checkin. After that some of them were just o.k. there are lot of mosquitoes in the room as the shower have opening to the back. Breakfast was very low level, and breakfast staff are the worse. Not helpful not polite at all, feels unwelcome. Food was not fresh and not much options. Food at the pool was good, and pools and beach access are great! Don't spend on breakfast and bring two mosquitoes repellers. Also we had a giant spiderin the room that was a scary situation. Beside that it's beautiful "

"The breakfast menu was one of the best we’ve been to, lots of food ready and lots of staff. Tip - best to get there by 0800 if you arrive after 9 am we found it too busy and lots of food ran out. The pool is devine and at a nice depth of 1.4mtrs and the beach is right there. Te best part was massages on site, and a really good price. We never used the second lagoon pool, even though it had a swimbar. Our rooms were clean and large, oirs had both a bath and shower. "

"We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here."
