"2nd time staying at this resort and same as last year, it was incredible! Staff, suits, food, THE VIEW, amazing pool and everything else you can think of was on point. Ill be visiting again no doubt. They are adding a nice gym there so this property will be even better next time. "Every people are working at the hotel i think they came from the same family called Thongsai Bay. They have one thing in common is Service with Heart. The vibe in the hotel was stunning ,warm, kind and beautiful mind. Everyone working as the hotel is belong to themselves. They were willing to serve the best thing to visitors and have professionally done great with their roles, Chefs cooked the tasty meals, housekeepers cleaned my room so tidy, concierge, receptionists, baristas, stuff at pools...
