The staff were really understanding and nice. The hotel is clean and close to the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. Plus, the breakfast was good and consisted of a typical Vietnamese breakfast. Things to know before booking though is that is does cost more if you bring more people than the capacity that you put in when booking the hotel. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Chef ist sehr hilfsbereit. Er vermittelt auch Mehrtagestouren zur Halong-Bucht, die im Vergleich zu den Internetpreisen sehr günstig sind.

Fin rymlig lägenhet i bra skick. Bra hjälp med bokning av transfer och dagsutflykt. God service av personal vid frukostbuffen som var riklig. Offseason men vi hittade goda lokala vietnamesiska restauranger en bit bort. Disigt väder vid denna årstid, början på maj.

Value for money

This is a quiet spot, but it's close enough to the busier part of town. Easy walking distance to the beach.

The hotel manager was super helpful. I recommend talking to the front desk about limo and private car services to and from nearby services. Also, I recommended checking with them for the boat tours and asking about more affordable options if you are not interested in the more expensive packages.

Five star service

What a great hotel. Huge rooms. Fantastic value for money and Chow our host couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. He even booked us a return transfer to Hanoi at a really good price and can arrange cruises as a superb price. I left a dress and he went to the trouble of getting it back to me. What a star

This property is pretty new here. The rooms are comfortable and big. There is a kitchen. However, I am not sure about the cleanliness of the pool. It is very small and I was worried about the hygiene as it doesnt look like its maintained regularly. I am not sure if Oct is a low season in HaLong Bay, there is close to no one around here. It is also a 3 to 5 min taxi ride to the main attractions. But taxi here is very accessable and cheap. Staffs are very nice.

Mostly a good time, just a couple hiccups. We stayed in an apparent off season, combined with the fact that there are tons of new builds around with them not necessarily being filled (shops and restaurants). So the area was pretty quiet overall. There are a couple restaurants nearby, but it's also not a terribly far walk towards Sun World park itself where there are more restaurants and mini marts. If you go the opposite direction, towards Cai Dam area, you’ll find more local places and prices. Hotel itself was pretty nice, could use a touch up here and there. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, window looked out front. Bathroom was mostly ok, but at least in our room, there were several gaps in the shower wall where it met the floor. This meant as you showered the entire floor would be flooded. Again, once we knew, we knew. Breakfast was great too. Hotel manager was pretty helpful getting us rides to/from Hanoi, along with a decent price on a day cruise. My one word of caution with any of these is the actual transportation. Our ride from the airport was an hour late picking us up (traffic...but ya know there's traffic, so plan ahead and be on time for a paid service). On the way to the hotel, we actually had to stop for 30 minutes so he could charge (EV) the car enough to make it all the way to the hotel. On the way back to the airport, different driver had to stop for gas with us in the car. And then asked to take us the long way to avoid tolls.

Great location very relaxing holiday

Everything was great. The rooms were very big and everything worked well, kids loved the tv with YouTube. Manager was great and very responsive on WhatsApp chat, for example I wanted to confirm the breakfast times at 8pm and received a response right away. The area was very quiet which was odd as it was close to everything including the cable car. We think it must have been the low season and everyone else might have just been out on cruises. Staff on site were very responsive and helpful, everything we needed was easy to communicate despite the language barrier. Perhaps people who want someone who speaks their native language to be on hand 24/7 should holiday close to home. I was able to easily inform the cleaning staff that we didn’t need our room made up just water, toilet paper and bin change. My husband got the wifi password from the front desk from the lovely non English speaking man who also helped us with our bags. He interacted with our kids in the lift without needing to speak, everyone was smiling and happy. We enjoyed the breakfast, they made the eggs fresh for us and offered Pho also made fresh. We found a place nearby that rents bikes for a few dollars so got a big family bike for 100baht for 1h20mins. Good pub nearby that serves large meals. Lunch cruise was great, we saw a lot and noticed that the boat and practices and procedures were much better and safer than other companies. Boat was in immaculate and very safe entry and exit unlike other companies.
