"Room was lovely staff were very welcoming, the only thing I could suggest is sweetener in the room with the tea and coffee making stuff and maybe low fat yoghurts in the breakfast area for the people who are healthy eating. Other than that it was pretty good place to stay and I would return. "

"Arrived early as no traffic on drive. Asked about early check-in and said rooms not ready, come back later and maybe. Asked if room would have a view (booked 6+ months earlier). No but for 65 pounds more yes. Also we could let them know at check-in as lots available. Went and asked at 2:00 room ready-not yet. Went and asked at 2:30. Your room doesn’t allow you till 3:00. Not a good 1st impression "

"Small double room with a perfect sea view. Our room was very clean and comfortable but could a done with a new window and a paint job. They is a bar and lounge area with a nice view, but we didn’t visit it. Parking behind the hotel but limited and you need to book it in advance. There is a lift up to the 2nd floor which is a blessing if you have lots of luggage. The staff are polite and welcoming. Ideal location to visit the town and beach a stones throw away! We didn’t have breakfast but it was £12 and you need to book before the night. Complimentary tea and coffee and milk and sugar and built in soap and body wash dispensers. Great value st £100 a night for a double with sea view. Could have done with more space by the wi how to admire the view in our room."

"Park was very close to towns that had lots of good places to see, and the park itself had a great quiet beach for our surfing"

"We checked in but didn’t stay here. We gave the key back as soon was we reached our room, this is a sports bar which is fine if you are told this when booking. The rooms are filthy with stained bedding. We Asked for a refund as we needed to stay elsewhere but have not had any feedback from them or expedia. Not a happy customer as we use Expedia regularly. They need to look at who they endorse and refund when appropriate."

"This place is a little gem. The service is brilliant. The rooms are great and dont be put off by a shared bathroom. The one I used had the finest power shower I have ever seen. I will always use this hotel when I am in this area. Cant recommend highly enough. Tremendous value for money."

"Everything was as you would expect, kitchen had everything you need and it was great for the price. Staff were very friendly and had some good facilities. Slight issue with beds on the smaller size and the bathroom floor was a little dirty as it looked like someone walked in with grassy shoes. "
