"Not what is advertised. very unfriendly staff. Slept in darkness n heat, sweating for 3 days in a row and they refused to put on the generator. The property is very unclean with cockroaches, blocked bathroom drains, no kettle or iron in the room. We had to use ours. The facility is horribly poor"

"The hotel staff claimed the hotel does not list on Expedia.com and that they did not receive my booking/payment. Actually they said they had not heard of Expedia.com before. I was told I could stay for the night; that they would try and confirm the payment the next morning before I check out; but that if they could not confirm, I would be required to pay cash before being allowed to check out. I refused this offer and left."
