À la carte Abendessen wurde lauwarm serviert und war unverträglich, beim Frühstück mehrfach kein Brot/Brötchen oder Teller vorhanden, Getränke mussten mehrfach bestellt werden, da man Bestellungen zwar aufgenommen und aufgeschrieben aber nicht ins System gegeben wurden (Restaurant war mit ca 10 Gästen überschaubar besetzt), Zimmerreinigung „vergisst“ Toilettenpapier und Seife aufzufüllen - Rezeption überfordert und will dies erst für den nächsten Morgen auffüllen lassen, Starker Chlor Geruch vom Pool im Treppenhaus und Fluren, Zimmer sind renoviert - der Rest des Hotels ist Anfang der 1990er stehen geblieben, Parkplatz oder Tiefgarage wird erst auf Nachfrage angeboten (obwohl kostenpflichtig), es gab keine kostenlose Erfrischung auf dem Zimmer (nicht einmal die obligatorische Flasche Wasser) Zimmer zwar renoviert (Juniorsuite) aber mit wenigen Möbeln spärlich ausgestattet- wirkt kalt und als wäre Platz übrig - Matratzen durchgelegen, Bad stark veraltet - beim Duschen (nur Badewanne) wird wegen zu kleiner Duschwand zwangsläufig das halbe Bad geflutet Sehr enttäuschend - insbesondere für den Preis hohen Preis und die Hotel Kategorie Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich in Ordnung Dennoch für uns kein 2. Besuch! Umgebung und Lage sind jedoch top

Fast alles top. Schöne renovierte Zimmer, toller Spa Bereich, gute Küche (preislich fair) und sehr freundlicher Service. Allerdings befand sich mein Zimmer über dem Eingangsbereich - um 04:30 Uhr habe ich dann endgültig entschieden, das Fenster zu schließen, da draußen bereits Action war. Das Hotel schien nicht ausgebucht, darum war es schade, dass man nicht zunächst bessere Zimmer vergibt. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir ein frischer Kaffee Crema - die Zeiten von Thermoskannen mit abgestandenem Kaffee auf dem Tisch sollten eigentlich vorbei sein. Komme aber sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Ich habe hier einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht. Dabei wollte am Tage Ausflüge machen und abends den Wellnessbereich genießen. das war unter der Woche sehr gut möglich, so war ich mit allem sehr zufrieden.
