"First time at Nurburgring and location with parking was excellent and nice to have a space reserved. Booked 2 rooms. Basic twin room was fine. Junior suite wasn’t so good. Big open space not really used. Sofa looked tired, no privacy in bathroom (just a bead curtain) and the toilet could only accessed through the lounge area. Shower was very dark and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Pillows were terrible, no substance and lumpy. Aircon was not working despite the room being 26 degrees in...

"A wonderful find - beautiful location, quality clean appartments and super friendly hosts. Close to both the Nürburgring and to Adenau. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended."

"We did not receive the code for access and so we followed the instructions to go to the restaurant and no one was able to help us."

"Very nice, family run hotel. The included breakfast was really good and provided a great start to our day in Cochem. I forgot a small power adapter upon check-out and the owners were fantastic helping me get it back the next morning. Even offered another charger in its place before it was located. It's always a pleasant surprise when the communication with a hotel is so easy and direct. Would highly recommend Hotel Zehnthof."

"Check in was overly complicated and done with a very long and overly complicated process. Room wasn’t clean at all but staff and breakfast was great."

"The room was nice and the area was very quiet. We booked 3 twin beds and they only had 2 beds for us in the room. It was very hot with no fan available."

"Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, obwohl laut Beschreibung ein Kühlschrank vorhanden sein soll."

"Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great"
