The hot water heater was not working. We took cold showers the entire time we were there. Two different plumbers came out, both said it was a 21 year old water heater that needed replacing, but nothing was done.

Spacious nice place

Loved it. Took my family, my daughter an her friends for the weekend. It was her sweet 16 birthday. We had the 3 bedroom 3 bath. Everything was nice and in order

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. The property is starting to age so there was some elevators and doors out of repair. Pools were nice. Security personnel we did not enjoy. They gave my grown daughter a hard time going in when i had the second pass permit, they were not clear in communicating where she needed to park and was disrespectful to her. Also on the last night there she parked in wrong spot that was numbered so as a result we were booted and had to pay the 100 dollars with occupancy under 50 percent. Rules are rules so i payed it....but after paying it with no complaint a security guard was being disrespectful to my daughter about illegally parking when she was trying to console my grandson who had just fallen out of his carrier and hit his head on concrete parking floor. We paid the fine, we didnt need your smart allec comments...oh and my grandson ended up being fine not that you cared or checked on. Show some respect and courtesy, we are paying customers. Also the walk to the beach is definitely not something you want to do with babies as we did.

Property and condo is beautiful, security is bad!

Security was terrible. It was like we were committing a crime when we tried to reenter the property when going out to shop or eat. The new rules for spring break were not told to us requiring a key card to get back to the condo from the beach. My 17 year old was refused reentry even with her wristband on. I had to settle it with security. Not sure that we will be returning. All of the guests around us were complaining of the same thing. We had someone else’s groceries in our refrigerator from hostevia because their fridge in their condo went out and was given permission to leave it in ours. It was still in ours over 3 hours later after we checked in.

A little disappointed

The stay was good, however, there were pests (roaches) in the unit. The power cord to the cable box in the bedroom with the twin beds was missing. Lastly, the power button to the jacuzzi in the Master bedroom was very difficult to push/turn on. Would definitively visit again with the hope that these issues will be addressed and remedied.
