"The location of the accommodation is a bit of a walk from central Porto and is located in a dead end street where you think it would be quite, we stayed over a weekend and the Saturday night the noise was terrible and went on until around 4:00am. It is a narrow road with multiple story homes either side and the noise echoes, we were located on the 1st Floor. The accommodation itself is more like a Bed and Breakfast with no facilities. The room is a reasonable size but could have been cleaner....

"We arrived at the property and noted to be warm and somewhat humid inside the unit. We noticed that the unit is not blowing cold air. The fan was working well though. We contacted the responsible party. He guided me to some setting changes but, it didn't change anything. The outside street air was much cooler than inside. We left the windows open. "Negativo El porto suites está en una calle de adoquines con mucho tráfico cuesta abajo. Nos tocó la suite 5 y se oye MUCHO RUIDO. Los coches, la gente hablando, las gaviotas... TODO. Las ventanas son viejas y no está aislado de ruido. Para dormir fatal. NO hay ascensor. La puerta de la calle da portazo cada vez que viene alguien. Las almohadas están amarillas bajo el almohadón. "Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"In the room, hand soap, shampoo and body wash were provided, but no box of tissue, just a small package of tissue. The sink in the bathroom got blocked about 3 seconds after. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the staff were super nice. The bathroom and shower were also roomy, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Our room had a balcony, which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the city center...

"Guesthouse was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good, but basic. It is about a 20 minute walk from most of the main sights of the city, and the walk back is largely uphill. There are lots of good local restaurants and cafes around the area. Check-in was quick and staff were helpful at this point. However we had issues with power in our room, and since there is no-one permanently at the property, it took a while to get it fixed. Check-out was also an issue because there isn't a member...

"Stayed here for 1 night only. Two adults one young child so was fine for us. Short walk form Bolhao metro station. Sofa bed was very short but no issues for our child but wouldn't recommend for an adult. That said, me our needs and kitchenette was very useful. Roof terrace was lovely in the evening and staff were great."
