The best hotel we stay in China for our trip. I can't describe it, you need to experience it. Hotel location is very close to a big market. Room very unique, has a tea ceremony area in the room. We all like this hotel.

A small hotel, but nice and clean inside with a view. Jenny is great as she reaches out to the guest to help reserve/schedule attractions and drivers. The hotel is located where there are many dinning options near by that are in walking distance.

Recently renovated. The room had a great view of the river. The location is great. It is walking distance to a lot of shopping and sightseeing. The only downside is that we can smell cigarettes in our room. It comes through the AC. There is no way to avoid it. I would be able to stay there again due to that one thing.

The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night.

Agréablement surpris.

A notre arrivée, la 1è impression de lobby et son alentour ne correspondent pas par rapport à leur site internet. Heureusement que le service de l’accueil était plus que cordial et rassurant car l'hôte nous faisait le tour de nos chambres avant que nous prenions décision de rester chez eux. Il n’y a donc pas un sentiment d’arnaque de telle sorte que nous étions finalement très satisfaits de la propreté de nos 2 chambres.

Un hotel semplice, ma elegante, pulito e molto centrale a Guilin. Il suo punto forte è sicuramente Jenny che organizzerà con competenza e cortesia ogni dettaglio del vostro soggiorno, incluse le crociere e attività a Yangshuo, Longjii e dintorni. La nostra guida e autista Kevin è stato veramente eccezionale! Kevin è un autista molto capace, ma anche un fotografo professionista e conosce tutti i posti migliori per ottenere le fotografie più belle. Consiglio veramente questo hotel e i suoi servizi!
