"Kitchen was good, the couches were comfortable, and the AC in the main bedroom worked very well! Only downside is that the secondary room with two twins had no air conditioning. Also, the room was very clean!"

"As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest."

The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained.
