"Very stressful. (1) The room is very tight you cannot put in an extra chair. (2) The basement parking was shared by three businesses in the building therefore, we could not park our SUV (Innova) there because we could not take it out once the two-wheelers filled the basement. We requested and fought and were given parking on street level in front when we arrived and were assured that we would have the same for the remaining two days.
