While a pretty good distance from the airport. I enjoyed my stay. The room was fresh and neat. I haave stayed here 3 times within just a week and found the property to be consistent with service. The breakfast menu is adequate. However the wait staff is exceptional. I think that from the concierge to the front desk and especially the restaurant staff are all rather exceptional and truly the heart of the hotel.

I like the attention received by the staff as they were very helpful and kind. I want to mention that Edwin from the hotel restaurant was extremely friendly. The food offered at the restaurant that is part of the hotel was excellent and very varied. I also like that the hotel is across from the Guayaquil Cathedral and Iguana Park. The hotel is attached next to a mall so you even have stores that you can shop at.

Dear sir/s, please please quit taking away amenities away. No flip flops to walk on, 1 roll toilet paper, I had to bathe my butt 5 times in the morning, because I ran out of toilet paper (sorry, but I had the runs), that's "Tacky", no welcome cocktail, c'mon now! Concierge Team was excellent, but they need to study the vicinity and recommend good places not old "Woks". It's really sickening when a beautiful property trims the amenities for the sake of profit,...shame on you! Thank you i had an excellent stay! Cesar and the concierge team were great!
