El hotel esta cerrado sin funcionar desde hace meses, sin embargo aceptaron mi pago. Llegue con mis maletas y me encuentro con esta sorpresa.
Hotels deberia cuidar lo que vende.

Ruido impide trabajar
El hotel está remodelando habitaciones. Trabajaron en una habitación sobre la que me asignaron durante todo el día y continuaron hasta casi las 19 horas, con ruido constante que incluía un taladro.
Me indicaron que era la única habitación disponible y no podían hacer un cambio.
Finalmente, alrededor de las 19 horas después de elevar una queja en recepción detuvieron el ruido.

Centrally located, perfect for walking around. Front desk staff was professional.
Unfortunately the room was located above the restaurant. The cooking smells were constant. Needed to run the AC all day and night to help alleviate the smell. However the AC was loud and didn’t work using the auto function. So it ran loudly all night.

Great staff and care--horrible bed!
We had a great trip, and the staff were friendly and helpful--especially when the AC was not working and our room was hotter than outside. The rooms were pleasant and spacious (had the suite with small sitting area) but the mattress was awful. We'd spent 10 days in Ecuador and of the various accommodations, this was by far the worst.
Also, frosted glass bathroom doors need to go.

poor attitude from front desk ladies, if they don't want to be there they should go home or get better training on customer service. they treated me very poorly ever single day of the 10 plus 1 days i was there.
Hairs on the sheet. no one or two but up to 3 different hairs
additional payment for any extra thing from making a local call to taxes and additional fees not explained prior booking
breakfast was the same thing every single day.
payment for a full day to stay extra hours as late check out
