"The location is beautiful, and off of the main road, so there isn’t any road traffic sound… unlike some nearby lodges that cost more. The staff is friendly, and they did my laundry on the same day, without an extra charge… The food is good and different from surrounding lodges in the fact that they also have Italian food, in addition to the wonderful Costa Rican fare. "This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. Would love to return when it is NOT raining. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great place to stay and easy to get to with good roads. We toured the chocolate farm...
