Aceita Pet, mas não é bem vindo.

Não indico para quem tem pet. No momento da reserva havia apenas a informação de que o hotel aceita Pet. No entanto ao fazermos o check-in fomos surpreendidos com uma série de regras que se tivéssemos conhecimento não teníamos feito a reserva, as quais deixam claro que pet não é bem-vindo, se sentem obrigados a recebê-los. Sugiro que se.atenten a necessidade de dcojunjcar em todos os canais de divulgação do hotel quais são as regras em relação a hospedagem do Pet, ou que revejam algumas delas, ou ainda que simplesmente não aceitem. Nunca tive uma experiência tão negativa em relação ao tema. Entretanto é justo informar que após algumas argumentações procuraram flexibilizar algumas regras devido a falta de comunicação das mesmas na ocasião da reserva on line através do Hotels.com.
