DO NOT STAY HERE! The property was very hard to find, it was hidden behind a restaurant and it wasn’t easy to find. THEY DIDNT HAVE TOILET PAPER, we had to buy our own. The towels were old, stained and there were holes on them. The room was very old and old installations, there was hair on the walls, the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. Very expensive for the poor quality offered. Definitely do not recommend this terrible hotel. The people at breakfast were not friendly at all, wouldn’t even say good morning back to us. Nobody spoke English and there was a lot of tourists - due the NFL in São Paulo. Do not waste your money.

Hotel muito antigo. Roupas de cama, travesseiros e toalhas muito usadas e sujas. Olhando outros comentários, já são assim desde 2019 e sempre respondem "Obrigado pelo feedback, vamos melhorar". Não vão, procure outro hotel.

Hotel muito antigo, boa localização em frente ao mar. Equipe da recepção nota 1000, e Jeferson o funcionário responsável na areia, muito solicito ao ajudar a encontrar cadeiras e guarda sol. Café da manhã, ok, nada demais, o básico. Mas as condições do quarto bem ruins. Espelho do banheiro todo estragado, paredes ruins, colchão péssimo, fronhas e lençóis todos manchados. Os que vinham novo, ok, bem cheirosos, mas ao chegar, fronhas com cheiro de outras pessoas, toalhas manchadas e velhas, não tinha 1 sabonete se não pedisse. Frigobar muito velho, mas cumpriu a função. Estacionamento cobrado à parte e para chegar ao local, se estiver chovendo, vai tomar chuva. Enfim, não valeu o custo benefício, por toda a experiência, tinha que custar 1/3 do que paguei. Não ficaria de novo e não recomendo.

O Hotel tem um localização muito boa, os atendentes são sempre simpáticos e atenciosos, o que deixou muito a desejar foi o quarto, ficamos em quarto de acessibilidade, me deixou muito constrangido, porque é a mesma sensação de estacionar o carro em uma vaga de pessoas com necessidades especiais, e quarto é muito úmido, já me hospedei outra vez, mas desta vez deixou a desejar.

Excluindo o quadro que fica no quarto e a boa piscina, além do café da manhã realmente muito bom, o hotel é sofrível. Atendimento por pessoas sem a menor experiência. Hóspede não sabe o horário do café, ( não há placa ou aviso algum), não há sequer água para vender, a porta do nosso quarto não abria quando se utilizava o cartão megnerico, ( tivemos que voltar da porta do apto para a portaria 4 ( quatro) vezes para ver o que estava acontecendo e o funcionário sequer levantou da cadeira para ver “in loco” e só o fez após demonstrarmos irritação) Piso do quarto com manchas feias, frigobar enferrujado externamente causando impressão muito negativa. Etc Não há esmero ou cuidado algum para que os hóspedes sintam-se bem. Tendo outras opções, nós provavelmente não voltaríamos.

O hotel é extremamente velho, encardido, um mausoléu… portas com buracos e toda torta, cama belgas, lençóis velhos, uma coisa fora da realidade. Nunca havia me hospedado num hotel desse na minha vida. E confesso que me surpreende na Enseada um hotel de frente pra praia nessas condições. Se vc não liga pra limpeza e estetica, fique a vontade. Mas se quer limpeza e o mínimo de condição pra pro menos 1 estrela, fuja.

Já conhecia e me hospedei no hotel, há anos e se trata de hotel antigo, mas precisa de reformas visuais (não somente reparos e emendas). Vincularam o antigo Ibis, na parte de trás, mas ficou 2 hotéis precisando de reformas (já me hospedei em ambos), em vez de melhorar em algo. Atendimento na recepção muito boa! Café da manhã bom! Localização excelente (estratégico).

Bom hotel!

Atendimento muito bom, local muito limpo. O quarto tinha um bom espaço com a cama confortável mas tinham alguns iten com problema como a mesa da escrivaninha muito torta e a pia do lavabo tb estava torta. Mas de forma geral gostei das acomodações. Cafe da manhã muito bom

não vale o que cobram

apenas o café da manhã é bom, o quarto é limpo, mas razoavel conforto, piso horrível. É um hotel velho que precisa urgente de reformas. Funcionários não interagem. A unica vantagem é estar localizado na frente da praia e disponibiliza cadeiras e toalhas. Pelo preço cobrado procure outras alternativas. Dificilmente voltarei.
