I will not return

It's a nice building but with a lot of opportunities in maintenance. The experience at the reception was really bad, I made the checkin on line, but any way we we forced to fill the same form at frontdesk. The access to the room is quite complicated, there is no elevator and you need to go over some stairs with your luggage, no help from the staff. When we entered the room, no towels, soap or toilet paper. When we asked for them we received a bad mode response. We only received good treatment from the Waitress and the restaurant staff., the food is good.

Check if the elevator is working

Incredible that the elevator didn’t work, and the bell boy told us that more than 6 months have passed without working, my wife is pregnant and our room was in 5th floor, thanks that we only spent one night, the hotel needs a renewal, and the towels are too old

DO NOY STAY HERE! This hotel had closed down and for some reason “reopened”. I get that it’s not the employees fault, they are doing the best they can, but I absolutely would not recommend! And this, is after they had changed us to a “better” room. Please save yourself the hassle and headache.

El hotel ya está algo viejo, el elevador requiere mantenimiento. Fuera de eso las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones amplias, buen trato por parte del personal

El hotel está bonito, el personal amable… lo único que le falta elevador es una locura subir y bajar escaleras. Los de la cocina muy amables, la cena buena. A las habitaciones les falta un poco de mantenimiento ya que no funcionaba la calefacción. Fuimos 2 familias con niños y adolescentes y todo bien.
