Our stay was average not sure how to describe how dark the rooms are. The beds are very hard not comfortable at all . The staff is very friendly which is the main reason I’m giving them 3 stars. Please do not stay here you won’t rest.

Everybody was friendly stay for 3 nights just wouldn’t recommend their breakfast portion too small also I notice they don’t deep clean found the same trash on the floor that my kids drop also if you need an iron you got to pay for it not much 100 pesos but I felt like it should be included but we felt save and comfortable Uber was our to go to to go out, the tours are fun and if you can do the tardiada pls do it is so much fun

It’s a lovely hotel with a lovely restaurant. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the city center but we felt safe walking to and from the center even at night.

Fantastic hotel located at the periphery of Guanajuato center. Taxis are abundant to get downtown for. Avery reasonable price and the hotel has parking within walking distance.

we were there for one night, parking is like a 5 minute hike to their other location, we’re ok walking but it’s up the hill too so keep in mind if someone has health issues. Beds were a little hard.
