Our stay at Hotel Casa Mia was lovely. The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and so charming. Greatly appreciated is proximity to el jardín and being in the center of Dolores Hidalgo where it is so lively and beautiful.

We only stayed here for a night but we really enjoyed the beauty of the central garden. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags while we checked out the city. The hotel has a cafe nearby with great coffee. It is very close to the Centro where there are plenty of restaurants and museums nearby.

We stay one night only, charming old house hacienda style converted to a hotel, hard and uncomfortable bed, couch is way overdue. Staff is very nice and helpful, we arrived 1 hour earlier then our check-in time and they promptly offer to access the room and gave us our key. Room door isn't very secure, flimsy and wobbling door but since you are way inside the property and they also closed the front doors at night doesn't feel unsecured but still a concern specially when you leave for a walk around town with your stuff inside. Property is close to everything which is a plus.

As a single female this place did not sit well with me! The door to my suite was near with moveable windows - but not sturdy or safe. The area did not feel safe. I LEFT EARLY and went to another town where I feel much better and safer. The courtyard was pretty. The suite i got felt like I was visiting my grandmother’s run down apartment. Definitely not for me

The room was very hot, and muggy not enough air flow, only two small windows on the door. only one small fan provided. The internet didn’t work for any of the family members and staff was not helpful.

Está muy bien ubicado y lindo , solo deberían tener regla más estrictas en cuanto horarios para el ruido . Nos tocó mucho ruido el día que nos quedamos .
