You get an amazing city view from both the room and the restaurant, and even outside is beautiful. The interior design has a romantic feel, like an ancient castle.

The staff was cheerful and helpful, whether it was getting us extra towels or ordering us a taxi. The food at the restaurant was amazing! The main attraction is the view, morning, afternoon or night you see the city for all it’s colorful beauty that it is known for! The view makes it difficult to leave the hotel!

This hotel was good, however we wanted to turn on the air conditioning since it was hot and we couldn't turn it on, we call maintenance and they never could fix it neither. The only restaurant nearby is the one of the hotel which is okay. The views from the hotel are the best.

This property says it is city center, BUT you have to go WAY up on a hill that is very hard to get to. Plus, the safe box wasn't working, the blow dryer barely worked, the back balcony door did not lock, and the mini fridge did not work.

Really disappointed to be given a room with no view of the city. We booked 2 x Junior Suites to get bigger rooms and the good views but one of the suites was small, no view of city, and air conditioning doesn’t work. Travelled all the way from Australia, so very disappointing.

The staff was horrible. The evening desk person was rude and did not help at all. The air conditioning in two of the rooms did not work and she gave us the run around, they were never fixed. Some of The VIP benefits were not honored. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine and although i requested them, we never received them.
