Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and authentic. It’s the same breakfast everyday but that was not an issue for me. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Neighborhood is very safe and close to everything within walking distance. The only downside is that there is no AC/Heating available. Highly recommended.

We booked a basic room but my husband and I decided to upgrade to the VIP room. The view was amazing you could see practically all of Guanajuato. Their bar and restaurant just down the block was amazing as well. Super close to stores and the plaza. Amazing will be booking again!!!

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! I highly recommend the rooftop suite, which has the best balcony with best views of this amazing town. Everything is within walking distance; I mean, from Callejo del beso, it's 3 minutes away, with bars, restaurants, etc. nearby, so you don't need to rent a car. 10 STARS! Bring your best walking shoes.

Hidden hotel

The hotel was "ok". It was hidden and so difficult to find, I will not stay there again. The staff was great and prices were comprable to others, the terrace was a positive aspect, one which was a reason for booking, but not a reason to come back.

Once you fine the hotel, it’s easy to remember how to get to it. :) The complimentary breakfast is amazing!!!! And the staff is so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back. We stayed in the panoramic suite plus and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Guanajuato is unique in its warren of tiny alleys and finding your way around takes some practice. Locating Hotel Corazon Mexico is no exception. Once established, the stay was pleasant, included breakfast was good, location is convenient - I would stay again.

Loved the location! We were close to the main area fir eating, shopping and fun, but far enough that we didn’t hear all the people partying at night! It’s a steep walk, but you get use to it fast and taxi/uber can pick up/drop off near the hotel entrance. We will definitely be back!!

The staff were amazing. Very attentive and professional. On the day we checked out, our taxi didn't arrive. The lady at the front desk called another taxi and waited with us until the new taxi showed up. Our room was impeccably clean. The view was amazing and the location was perfect.

The place don't actually have parking, not recommend if walking and climbing are difficult for you. The view is nice , the rooms are ok . Don't get fooled by the free breakfast the worst thing you will ever eat.
