I got good value for the price that I paid. The room was nice, if dated, and everything worked as it should. All my needs were met. The only downside was limited electrical outlets in the room, but that wasn't enough for me to seriously reduce the rating.

I have nothing good to say about the property. There were few guests there that I could see. No business center available, Needed computer access, none. Maybe it is stripped down because of pandemic. Hotel was the oposite of "grand".

Reserve con desayuno incluído; llegamos domingo en la tarde-noche. El desayuno del lunes bien, tipo buffet, pero el Martes 30 diciembre NADA!!!! PORQUÉ? NO SÉ!!! Pero que falta de RESPETO no hubo desayuno, solo nos ofrecieron huevos al gusto y chilaquiles solos; café tibio!!!

Se ve que el hotel, en su momento, fue de lujo y una excelente opción para hospedarse, pero ahora las instalaciones ya se ven viejas y pasadas de moda. La griferia del baño se va oxidada y la taza y tina se ven manchadas de lo viejo. Incluso, la caja de la taza es de las antiguas y grandes, no es ahorradora

Estuvo bien en hotel, lo escogí por su accesibilidad a cualquier lugar, está sobre una avenida, los lugares turísticos quedan cerca. La habitación estaba limpia, vi poco personal tal vez por la temporada. Esta tranquilo lo pedí con vista al jardín.

No fue lo esperado

La habitación se encuentra muy descuidada, limpia, pero hace falta mucho mantenimiento, la griferia esta oxidada, todas las toallas estan percudidas y desgastadas se ve que fue un hotel de gran categoría, pero ya no más. No vale lo que cuesta.
