Only complaint I have that’s not really a complaint is I had an upstairs unit and my mom is blind and wheelchair bound but once we got her up the step everything was prefect

Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites, an official Colonial Williamsburg Hotel
Great customer service, clean rooms and friendly staff. The price was reasonable. Location is great. The central location is great as very close to the main areas including the premium outlets. I enjoyed my stay. I plan to be back and tell others.
