"Very helpful and friendly staff … they kindly gave my mother and I 2 single rooms with a sea view which was lovely .. rooms had all that we needed for a 1 night stay .. would definitely stay here again if in Weston super mare ."

"Very friendly staff. Nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Our room was on the street side and above pub outdoor seating, so it was a little noisy. One of our windows didn’t shut completely, which didn’t help. But it quieted down a lot at night. Very clean and comfortable."

"We turned up and despite our change of plans the staff were very helpful in trying to work a resolution. The room was clean. However the property of very tired throughout with worn and stained carpets. The walls and wood work were chipped and damaged. This was overpriced for the state of the property. But it could be lovely with a full refurb."

"Really nice hotel and beautiful location. Rooms were clean and well maintained with great decor. Only gripe would be that there was a wedding on the night and they placed us directly opposite the main room where they were celebrating and it was extrememly noisey. Would of been better if they placed us further away to cater for everyone. This also meant we couldnt eat when we wanted and use the lounge or restuarant or have food to our room due to chefs being busy . More information on the event...

"Sam, the general manager greeted us warmly on arrival, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our courtyard room was clean and comfortable with a garden table just outside the door. Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Dinner and breakfast were both plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in the Mendips with dogs."

"Good location and well-stocked kitchenette, but *very* small--the website says that all suites have a separate living area: we got a small table with just one chair (the table was up against the TV so there was no room for a second without blocking the way), and a low chair shoved into the space between the bed and the bathroom (about 1.5m). I'm not entirely sure we got the room we booked (I went with one of the larger suites, and yet the one we got was clearly just for one person). Everything...

"The staff were friendly, fun and efficient. A disabled parking space was close by for my husband and the ground floor bedroom exceptionally well accommodated and comfortable along with a wet room! The bar was fun, friendly and busy with excellent menu, great service and atmosphere. A local group of friends informally got together with instruments and voices. Much enjoyed. Highly recommended"
