Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Anbieter verlangt zum Check-In erneut die Kreditkartendaten, angeblich für Kaution. Er schickt aber keine ordentliche Email, sondern nur ein HTML-File über den Chat. Für den Check-In wird außerdem ein Foto vom Ausweis und eine Gesichtserkennung benötigt. Dann bekommt man den Code für das Schlüsselfach. Das WLAN-Passwort auch, aber das ist falsch. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Satellitenschüssel nachjustieren, kein ARD+ZDF. Oder Fernseher für Streaming von ARD und ZDF einrichten. Aber leider ist die Internetverbindung zu langsam, wenn man Fußball scheuen will und die Nachbarn vermutlich auch alle schauen, wird es ruckelig. 2. Kochfeld tauschen, Glas ist gebrochen. 3. Wasserhahn an der Spüle befestigen?! 4. Rauchmelder an der Decke anbringen, nicht unten im Sideboard. 5. WC mit Handtuchhalter und Papierhalter ausstatten. 6. Riesen Schränke in der Ferienwohnung braucht man nicht, stattdessen vielleicht ein kleiner Tisch im großen Schlafzimmer?! 7. Elektroinstallation Lichtschalter im großen Schlafzimmer nach VDE!? 8. Offene Kabel und Klemmen in der Kinderspielecke in Kabelkanal legen?! 9. Muffeligen Geruch beseitigen. Und das beste, die Kreditkarte wurde doppelt belastet, keine Reaktion mehr im Chat, muss mich ans Kreditkartenunternehmen wenden zur Reklamation.
