Netheid/hygiëne was op orde. Het hotel is erg gehorig, alles wat jij of je ( boven-) buur doet hoor je. Gesnurk, hoesten, praten, een telefoon die overgaat enz. De houten plafonds geven alles door, lopen, gestommel enz. Mijn bovenbuur ging ( om 6 uur) douchen, door een lek liep het water door het plafond En drupte in de badkuip. Behalve dat het onhygiënisch is, maakt dat nog meer herrie. De receptie reageerde verbaasd. Echter aan het plafond te zien is dit lek al geruime tijd aanwezig. Tenslotte: mocht u toch willen boeken ( dat zal ik niet meer doen), vraag een kamer aan de achterzijde. Wat de foto’s niet verraden is dat het hotel op 5 meter van een enorm drukke weg ligt.

Bon rapport Q/Prix

Thermae a plusieurs types de chambres. La 17 est OK mais on entend les voisins. En contrepartie on n'entend pas la route, ce qui est mieux. Bon rapport prix/Q. On reviendra c'est certain. Le wellness et le resto sont très bien en combi avec la chambre

I arrived at 18.30 and door from hotel was closed. I had to vall the hotel to open the door but I had to check in down the road (was raining to make it complete). According the site it looks like thermen is in the hotel, this is not the case! You here everything, neighbours, walking people. You could only take a shower in the bathtub, stop was missing. ...... TV was ok.

Hôtel à proximité des thermes

Hôtel fermé à notre arrivée à 18h sans avoir été prévenus que nous devions faire le check-in aux thermes plus loin.Chambre correcte avec mini-bar contenant eau/coca.Literie confortable et environnement calme sur l'arrière.Lors de la réservation lit double à l'arrivée 2 lits jumeaux et escalier très étroit difficile d'accès notamment pour une personne handicapée.

Cozy and good value with one hiccup

I quite liked their room decor, tiled floor up to half the walls. Minimalist furnishings fit their „Thermae“ topic well. Spotless clean. Fast WiFi. Fridge, kettle, free water and coke: check. Also their breakfast included a very large variety of fresh fruit. It wasn‘t a concern to me but the building itself is a bit cramped, narrow corridors, stairs only. Maybe it is important for some to know this. My room was okay though, not large but not too small either. The one thing that almost every other reviewer mentioned is the defining negative here: street noise! I knew that I wasn’t a light sleeper and was okay here, too. But it turns out that it’s a bit louder than expected. Like the windows were opened when they weren’t. The full window front doesn’t seem to dampen the noise too much.... Anyway, I would book again for everything else.

Chambre propre et petit déjeuner varié. C'est tout! Chambre à la lumière glauque et si vous souhaitez une nuit reposante cela dépendra de votre voisin étant donné l'insonorisation inexistante! Ne demandez rien à la réception, personne ne peut vous aider!

Room The room was pretty clean and the beds where quite comfortable. The room was spacious enough with a medium size flat screen, a small table with chairs and a little coffee maschine. The bathroom was also very clean but the water in the shower wouldn't really sink enough. I believe is probably because the tubs where a little plugged. But it was nothing dramatic. Too Noisy ! A big problem for us was the noise in the middle of the night. The walls are not that well isolated (at least not in the room we were in) so we would get woken up by a constant noise in the middle of the night. It was very hard to sleep. Breakfast The breakfast was good. They offer a variety of bread, cheese, hams, butter, marmalade, coffee, orange juice, fruits and cereals. Location Hotel is well reachable and there are a couple of commodities like a corner store and a Pizza Restaurant within 200 meter walking distance. It is Relatively close to the airport which can be reached within a couple of minutes with a car. Getting the key We arrived at around 9 pm and rang while waiting outside of the hotel. We then had to go get the key at another building which was like 150 meters away. I should be better indicated to the guest that the building where you get the key an the building where you sleep might not be the same when arriving at later times.

All'arrivo mi hanno avvisato di upgrade gratuito con assegnazione di una suite. Un vero incubo: buia, comunicante con la sala colazione, un caldo infernale. Visto il livello della suite non oso immaginare le altre stanze. Colazione sufficiente.

Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Spa tout à fait relaxant. Le bémol serait que la chambre, le spa, et la réception ne sont pas dans le même bâtiment mais dans la même rue. le personnel meriterait une meilleure formation!

A very nice place to stay

Staying for a wedding in Grimbergen. Hotel room was nice, spacious and well decorated. The receptionist was helpful and spoke good English. Bare in mind check in is at 3 and the room will not be ready before then. Room could do with air con though as it was very stuffy. Also the coffee machine was a little temperamental and took a while to get working.

Nice sauna but terrible hotel.

Breakfast was awful scrambled eggs were from previous day, green color. Disgusting. Room was ok ant theme African really nice. Nevertheless bed was not comfortable and very noisy room.

Not a spa hotel but a hotel near a spa.

The hotel is about 100m from the spa and the stairs are quite tight, I would not want to be dragging heavy cases up there. The room was comfortable and, with access to the spa included, good value for money.

cheap hotel

Room was on the base level - lots of noise and not dark enough. Insufficient insulated - heard my neigbour snoring through the walls. I finally ended in the bathroom with my mattress. SPA is not for free
